- Original Condition: Items must be unused with original packaging
- Full Refunds: For eligible returns (excluding shipping costs)
- Global Coverage: Available for all regions we serve (excluding certain Asian and remote areas)
Important Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Golf Grips
- Golf Caps, Hats & Belts
- Clearance items (marked as such)
Custom or personalized items may only be returned if defective.

Your refund will be processed with the same speed as a Tour-quality club delivery:
- Processing Time: 3 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
