Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your golf gear to you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

- Original Condition: Items must be unused with all original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Golf Caps, Hats & Belts
- Clearance items (marked as such)
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Refund Information
Your refund will be processed with the same speed as a Tour-quality club delivery:
- Processing Time: 3 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
International Returns
For our global customers outside the US (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
